Some important things should be present in an attorney invoice template. It should clearly state your firm name with address & all the contact channels it uses. The presence of your logo (if any) creates brand recognition. The client should be properly addressed whether it is an individual or a firm.  All the invoices must contain a particular serial number that can be tracked for future reference, along with an issued date. It should mention what type of fee you are charging. It can be an hourly fee, flat fee, or contingency fee.

The nature of the payment channel should be mentioned either through cash or a bank account. The account number should also be mentioned for depositing the fee with a reminder of the due date. Each service should be highlighted with the number of hours it consumed. The billing rate of each service should be mentioned differently.
